As we are dedicated to raise healthy and well balanced boxers, we do not breed often. Our dogs are raised in home environment not in kennels. We strive to preserve best of both German and American boxers. Our puppies are never placed with commercial breeders and puppy stores and each potential home is carefully evaluated.
K and J’s Country Pups is a small family owned breeding kennel operation in the countryside of Honey Grove Texas. Honey Grove is located about an hour and a half North of Dallas TX. Very conveniently located close to Dallas, or Southern Oklahoma and a reasonable driving distance from northwest Louisiana or southern Arkansas. Our small facility is licensed and inspected by the state of Texas and is also AKC inspected on a regular basis. We only raise boxers .
We occasionally offer puppies, though not very often. We do have stud dogs available. All of our dogs are show dogs and come from established breeding programs. We are not back yard breeders. Our dogs are thoroughly health screened and all of their screens are published and available for review.

I have been breeding Boxers since 2003. I live in Timmonsville South Carolina. If you are wondering why my Boxers are less expensive than other breeders, it’s because I breed for family pets.

My admiration for this marvelous Breed began with the purchase of 2 wonderful “Pet” Boxers from Catherine Lloyd of Balmar Kennels in Tryon, N.C. in the late 1960’s. Becky and Cory grew up with our 6 youngsters and were always considered a major part of our young family. They would appear in their lovingly way on almost every early family photograph next to our children. In 1976, I first purchased from breeders Carole Connolly and Linda Huffman of the HUFFAND line an outstanding Show Prospect female pup. Heather was the love of my life. She would eventually become BIS BISS Champion Huffand’s Highland Fling, and the Foundation to my BENTBROOK line.

I’ve been breeding Boxers for over 30 years with many champions to my name. Candy Kisses has been represented in over 5 different countries with top winning showdogs and producers. Candy Kisses is located in Shelton in the beautiful state of Washington. I am a licenced AKC judge for Boxers and have enjoyed judging Boxers all over country. I am a lifetime member of the East Bay Boxer Club. My Goal is to produce champions and carry on the great Boxer names of the past as well as to breed for soundness, temperament and longevity.
